Disgusting Effort in Denton
Article By: Drewwbacca will be leaving UNT at the end of the season, and it would seem, unfortunately, as if the team around him can sense it. The transfer portal is likely to be hooooooooooott in Denton this season. (spoiler, in real life it was a fucking blaze with defectors!) NDL is bound to follow suit.
Somehow in the worst offensive showing of the season, 200 Total yds of offense, 32 yards rushing.... The Mean Green still managed to do something Drewwbacca had yet to achieve in his coaching career. A blocked FG attempt, with a scoop and score!!!
UNT also picked off a pass and darn near returned that for a TD however, like everything else, Drewwbacca came up a bit short.
No further highlights to speak of for UNT. Meanwhile, AAC is on fuckin watch. You heard it here first. Coach Jumper will have something to say about how the conference shakes out.

Hard Hitting Owls Force 3 Fumbles
Article By: The FAU Owls had one of their better defensive efforts of the season forcing a season high 3 fumbles en route to a road conference victory. The balanced attack offensively helped keep the team on schedule through the first half or so before a blocked field goal gave UNT some momentum. However the owls pulled away late thanks to Cam Fancher connecting with HB CJ Campbell for a 20 yard score. Fancher and Campbell are proving to be a dynamic duo within the AAC, if the defense can start playing more consistent there are reasons to believe the owls may have a chance of bringing a conference title home.
