In an exciting college football showdown, Georgia Southern emerged victorious with a 49-35 win over New Mexico. The Eagles dominated on both sides of the ball, showcasing their offensive firepower and capitalizing on key turnovers.

Jalen White was a standout performer for Georgia Southern, accumulating an impressive 189 all-purpose yards. His explosive playmaking kept New Mexico's defense on its heels throughout the game, providing crucial momentum for his team.

Meanwhile, New Mexico's quarterback Parker Awad struggled to find his rhythm, throwing three interceptions that ultimately cost the Lobos. Despite his best efforts, the turnovers put his team in difficult positions, hindering any chances for a comeback.

On the other side of the ball, JC French, the quarterback for Georgia Southern, was nearly flawless in his performance. French completed 17 of 20 passes for 260 yards, showing accuracy and poise under pressure. His efficient passing helped open up the offense and provided the Eagles with a comfortable lead.

The game was a high-energy battle, with both teams showing flashes of brilliance. However, Georgia Southern’s balanced attack and strong defense proved to be too much for New Mexico to overcome, securing the Eagles a well-earned 49-35 victory.
