USM Beats Texas State on the Road

The Golden Eagles came out hot especially on the defensive side of the ball which only allowed 100 yards of total offense and held the Texas State offense to no points. A kick return touchdown by Langston Anderson made it 21-7 before half but it was all Southern Miss after half as they added on a couple more touchdowns and a field goal to extend the lead. USM looks to keep the momentum going as they head into the last block against Troy and USA.
