A slow start being a punt on the first possession, and a Charlotte TD on their first possession (and not scoring in the 1st quarter).
Charlotte did their usual opening TD drive, then self imploding after. Though, there was only 1 INT, and 4 incompletions, so they had that going for them, which was nice.
The 2nd and 3rd Charlotte possessions were 3 and outs.
Tulane however, scored time after time in the 2nd quarter, putting up 21.
Tulane started the 2nd half scoring, taking the lead to 28-7.
However, a spark for Charlotte looked like it could be starting, when Cartevious Norton broke off a 64 yard TD, breaking 3 tackles on the way. That took it to 28-14.
It was a nice spark, but wasn't enough, and that scored stayed the same til the end. GG Sammy!
