2-1 in the conference after holding on is exactly what the Nittany Lions needed!
Hopefully they can right this ship and stay course to play tough in B1G conference play.
We jumped out to a 7-0 lead in the first quarter as both teams struggled to score.
We added 2 FGs in the 2nd quarter to go up 13-0 at the half.
3rd quarter things looked even better as we scored 18 points and held USC to 1 TD and a missed 2 point conversion.
At the end of 3, we were up 31-6 and looked to be rolling.
In typical CFB fashion....Not So Fast My Friend!
The USC Trojans came storming back as they scored 20 points to pull with in 5 points.
31-26 was the score.
The Nittany Lions scored one final time to hold on for a much needed win against a very tough USC and coach BeNGreedy team!
Final score - Penn State 38 - USC 26!
