Arkansas State could feel the shame.
Every pass a strike, every run a curse,
UAB’s hunger grew, the game grew worse.

The Red Wolves faltered, hopes were dashed.
UAB stood tall, with wicked glee,
As Arkansas fell to their ruthless spree.
This UAB Blazers squad is doing the unthinkable right now. After having a projected win total of only 5.5 coming into this season, the Blazers have now notched 5 wins in a row. How far can this team go? It can go as far as senior quarterback Jacob Zeno will take them. Today Zeno had an up and down day, throwing two interceptions, but also 3 touchdowns and 322 yards. Shockingly Blazer star wide receiver Amare Thomas did not make one catch today on only one target, although that gap was filled by redshirt freshman Corri Milliner who had a career day with 6 catches for 198 yards and a touchdown. It will be exciting to watch this team for the rest of the year.
