OSU offense was clicking early and the defense made it hard for NW to get anything going.
Things got a little shaky towards the end of the first half when the Cats marched down the field methodically and then OSU threw a pick 6 early in the 3rd, but the Bucks righted the ship and were able to eventually cruise home to a 41-14 win.

Nothing like a conference game in the shoe. Especially when its 27-0 before you finish your first drink.
Game started off with a bang as Ohio St broke a 76 yard touchdown run on the first drive to go up 7-0.
Northwestern did there patenent give up a sack and be forced to punt.
Ohio state would falter and have to settle for a field goal. 10-0
Northwestern would make the sack and forced to punt a theme.
Ohio State would get a big run down the sideline and than punch it in from 2 yards out to go up 17-0.
Northwestern would not get sacked, instead they went with plan b and got a good ole three and out.
Ohio State would hit a 51 yard touchdown strike on a slant that the corner inexplicably decided was an out pattern. 24-0.
Northwestern not to be shown up would double down on their three and out totals.
OSU would get stopped and have to settle for a field goal. 27-0.
Northwestern would finally get some seperation and put together a drive that ended with a 16 yard TD on the post to end the half. 27-7.
Northwestern would get the second half kick off and promptly go three and out.
The D would make the game respectable as they would secure a pick six to make it 27-14.
The D would stand strong again and force a three and out giving the Wildcats some hope.
THe offense would take that hope and turn it into their 4th three and out of the game.
Ohio State would score on a four play drive capped off with a 14 yard strike to pull away 34-14.
Northwestern would go to their old stand by and take a sack and be forced to punt.
OSU would secure a nice drive and punch it in from 8 yards out to go up 41-14.
Northwestern would fight and get down field but would see the drive end with a pick on the outside.
OSU would take a few kneels and end the game.
The game was not as close as the score indicates.
