Marshall jumped out to a 30-0 halftime lead and would go into win 37-20. This game was definitely a tale of 2 halves as Marshall played a near perfect first half by running the ball and capitalizing on turnovers. The second half was the other way around and only scored 7 points and turning the ball over themselves. Luckily they had built a big enough lead and were able to hang on. The Herd continue to take advantage of the run game and improve to 4-1 in the sun belt.
