It was not a complete game for Arizona but perhaps their best performance since Utah. The 1st quarter was all UCF with a hot 10-0 start. After a FG to make it 10-3, Arizona would settle in behind Quali Conley's run game. It was key on a 10 play 90 yard drive to close the 1st half with a touchdown to tie the game at 10-10
With the opening kickoff coming their way, Arizona was primed to ride the momentum. The first play of the second half was a 19 yard chunk to McMillan on a screen, and then Lemonious-Craig added another with a 26 yard reception. Fifita would cap the drive with a 3 yard toss over the defense to Jeremiah Patterson. 17-10 Wildcats
After the Zona defense forced a 3 and out, Noah Fifita stayed hot in the second half. He would engineer another scoring drive to take a 24-10 lead early in the 4th quarter. T.O.P and balanced offense keyed Arizona's 2nd half surge to win 27-10 over UCF
