Maryland fans were treated to yet another win their 5th straight of the season, and a home field stomping of the Gophers compliments of the stingy defense. Speaking of defenses, Husky would lead the way with 3 of the 6 int's captured on the day as well as a defensive TD to boot.
Terps offense wasn't as explosive on the ground as usual, but made due in the air with clutch throws by Edwards. Edwards would go 10/14att 204yds 3tds and no mistakes on the day, and the Terps would yet again deliver on 3rd downs going 6/11 for the game.

Maryland was able to force 6 turnovers on their way to a route over the Golden Gophers. Minnesota tried to hang tough and did a good job of running the ball, but the Terps defense was too much. This also included a defensive touchdown. They also had 4 sacks. Max Brosmer had a very difficult time and this was evident of the 7 for 20 passing with 6 INT's. Darius Taylor was a bright spot with 163 yards rushing. The Gophers have struggled all season and their 2-7 record reflects this. Coach Taruncheel needs to go back to the drawing board to see if he can have the Gophers compete in the last 3 games.
GG! Best of luck the rest of the way!
