NDL: S30W9 - Ole Miss (29) at Oklahoma (27)
That makes 3, all by 3 or less
Article By: The Rebels continued the theme of giving their coach heartburn even when they play "well", with a 2 point win on the road vs the Sooners.
Jaxson Dart had one of his best statistical games of the season, going for over 300 yards, 3 TDs and no turnovers, but the offense was 1/6 on 3rd downs, 0/1 on 4th downs, 0/1 on 2 point conversions, 2/3 on PATS, and 1/3 on FGs. For a change the defense saved the day, despite allowing the Sooners to convert on 6/9 3rd downs, they did force 6 turnovers, score a touchdown, and make the game saving stop with no time left on a 2 point conversion attempt.
With bowl "hopes" not 100% dead (only 99%), the Rebels now faced the prospect of playing Georgia and Florida in the coming weeks, 2 teams with strong playoff dreams still intact.

OU Loses Painfully
Article By: In a wild game, OU comes up short in a crucial time. The game started poorly, littered with picks and bad defense. With a little luck from Ole Miss and their kicking woes, OU was able to roar back from multiple scores and had the chance to tie the game with no time on the clock and a 2pt conversion. Unfortunately, the woes of Jackson Arnold continued as he threw a game ending pick. Crazy game, another loss for coach Dynasty as he adjusts on his hot seat.
