The Wolverines Offense gave up too many yards to Sparty Defense, as Sparty forces 4 interceptions and 1 pick 6. Michigan's Offense was able to move the ball well with 546 total offensive yards, 429 in the air, and 117 on the ground but could not put the ball in the end zone and control a lead.
Alex Orji struggled with putting the ball on target, he forced a couple that weren't even close to the WR which led to too many points on turnovers. Colston Loveland was solid on the day, 3 receptions, 119 yards and a touchdown. Edwards led the day with 5 receptions, 60 yards and 1 td.
Michigan's Defense was unable to force any turnovers on the day but all in all they had a decent day.
