Mountaineers Overwhelmed in Lopsided Loss to Iowa State

The West Virginia Mountaineers endured a tough outing on the road, falling 35-7 to the Iowa State Cyclones in a game dominated from start to finish by the home team.

West Virginia’s offense struggled to find any rhythm, managing their lone score in the second quarter before being completely shut down for the rest of the game. The Cyclones controlled both sides of the ball, cruising to a decisive victory.
