It wasn't pretty, but it sure was fun. Intensity and defense were the theme for this battle between Auburn and Arkansas.
There were flashes of offense power, but ultimately outdone by Auburn's game changing interceptions, one of which went for a touchdown.
As fans watched on from Donald W. Reynolds Stadium it felt a little different than the style of SEC football we've become accustomed to over the past decade or so. It was gritty, it was a grind, and it was hard fought by both teams.
Although Arkansas was able to take advantage of Auburn's much to be desired secondary, the Auburn defense flashed at just the right times. Leading to a tough and much needed road win for the Auburn Tigers.
Next up for Auburn are the Oklahoma Sooners, and the daunting Bulldogs of Georgia.
