A Learning Experience for Cuse

Article By: TexaNole

Coach TexaNole's recent trip to Houston to face Rice might have been seen as just another business trip, but it turned into a challenging encounter. It seems the Orangemen, with their eyes on the upcoming clash with Tennessee, may have overlooked Coach Randawg's Rice squad—a mistake that nearly cost them.

Rice's offense came out firing, racking up an impressive 535 total yards and exposing some vulnerabilities in Syracuse's defense. While the Orangemen managed to pull out a win, it was a clear wake-up call. This close call will likely be the last time Coach TexaNole underestimates an opponent.

Best of luck to Coach Randawg as he continues his journey. This game has proven that his team is not to be taken lightly.
