Memphis improved to 8-2 (6-0) with a 35-14 win over UAB this afternoon.
For the second week in a row it was the Tigers defense that led the way for Memphis.
Chandler Martin had 8 total sacks , 2 tfls and 2 interceptions including one for a touchdown. CB Davion Ross chipped in with a pick six of his own.
The offense didn’t have to do much but were extremely efficient, going 6/7 on 3rd downs. Mario Anderson paced the offense with 120 yards rushing and a pair of touchdowns.
This game as predicted. The over matched Blazers could not stop Memphis and 3 ints did not help our cause. Giver will be looking elsewhere next season for a new program to ruin!!!
