#7 Bulldogs take down #5 Gators

In a rivalry game that has existed since 1926, the Bulldogs of Georgia played host to the Gators of Florida. UGA came into this game with a mission putting up 35 unanswered points in the first half. QB Carson Beck had an almost perfect day with his only incompletion being a interception he threw early on, but he finished his day Throwing 10/11 for 236 yards and 4 TDs on the day. "We have a goal and we just want to finish strong. There is still football to be played and a lot can still change. Do not count us out of it just yet" said Coach Cane after the game. The Bulldogs look to get ready for the Rebels and the Volunteers coming up next block. GGs Coach Jack.

Rookie Head Coach Publicly Apologizes

In post game interview Rookie head coach @coachjackb apologized to fans for showing against the Georgia Bulldogs. Coach said "We didn't get off the bus today, we prepared all week, but we weren't ready to play tonight." It was a miserable first half with the Gators quickly going down 35 points before showing some signs of life in the second half. Coach left the post game presser early after delivering this message: "Ultimately there are levels to this, and clearly we are not there yet, but I'm going to make sure I do everything I can to make sure we show up better next week." It will be interesting to see what this new Florida team will do moving forward and how competitive they will be with the playoffs possibly on the horizon.
