Coach Wave was so unprepared for this game that he almost missed the bus to travel to Northwestern! Coach Wave said "He said this game is all on him and that he should've been more focus and prepared no matter what the situation is. Shout out to the Coach Matt for having his players prepared and their fans that showed up for this Big 10 battle. RB Mellusi had a great game again with Van Dyke having his worst game this season with 8 ints.
While the offense struggled, especially through the air, the Wildcat defense came to play. The defense came up with EIGHT interceptions, two of which were returned for touchdowns. These turnovers all us to control the clock on the ground as we gained 190 yards rushing. We now await our bowl game matchup.
