Alabama jumped out to a 21-0 lead and never looked back in the S28 SEC championship. It was a dominating performance throughout the game.
Florida cut the lead to 21-7 at the half, and got the ball to start the 3rd quarter. However, Bama got the stop and then drove down and scored another TD to put the game away.

but the bad side of things was he choose to go to Bama and we knew this day could come.
Bama would get the Ball 1st and waste little time putting up 7 points as McCarron would take it in from 8 yards out
UF would get a big gain from Dunbar but the go 3 and out.
McCarron would lead the team again this time thru the air and Drake would take it in from 6 yards out to put bama up 14-0 in the 2nd qt
UF would come out looking to regroup but CJ Mosley would jump a stop route and pick off Driskel.
Bama would waste little time as Yeldon would go22 yards untouched for the TD putting bama up 21-0.
UF would finally get on the board with 18 seconds left on 3rd and goal as Driskel would find Burton uncovered for the TD.
UF would get the ball to start the 3rd and go 3 and out
Yeldon would now go beast mode and run thru the Gators defense with drake finishing off the drive going 9 yards for the untouched TD.
Driskel and the Gators would drive back down the field but a late sack would force them to take a 44 yard FG putting them down 28-10.
Bama would get the ball back chiiping away at the gators and would come up just short and have to settle for a 36 yard FG.
Driskel would go back to work taking his time moving the chains and find Thompson for a 11 yard TD with 1 min left in the Game
Bama would take knee to run out the clock and end the game
