Wilson battled back in the 2nd half, throwing for 4 tds after throwing 4 ints in first half.
Tale of two halfs for the UTes
The game was ugly to start for both teams, as the Bruins marched right down the field on the opening drive with greatly called run plays and timely pass plays, only to be stuffed at the goalline and have to settle for a FG, on the next drive the Utes Wilson dropped back on 3rd and short and was hammered and throwing and INT to the DT and setting up a 6-0 score to start the game, but Utah was able to move the ball down the field and score to go up 7-6. Next the Bruins and Utes exchange 2 straight INTS each, and has the Utes throw an INT again, totaling 3 in the first half.
The second half was a new half for Wilson and Utah as they nearly play flawless and force 3 interceptions from Hundley and the Bruins, and Utah was able to pull away, with a very windy game (lag in the 2nd half), It was an ugly game for both teams overall with 9 interceptions.
