Here I am, in the majority being an attention whore....kinda dispells your argument right here in this thread alone

And if there was only a way to go back to see how you voted just to see if there was an opposing view for everything. The only thing I voted against (in the last 6 or 7 winter meeting topics) on a rule change was coaches, which I still think is dumb to get rid of them.

So much for your opinion that I opposed every majority view here to create any controversy

I'd want to know what setting we're at currently and what setting is being proposed. in my experience, the OOTP injury settings are not linear (as in one tick up from anything increases it the same as any other). It's more like

None
Very very few
Some kinda
DEATH TO ALL PLAYERS
Billy, get this man an answer, we need to change that vote to a YES!!
After seeing some points i could swing to yes as well. Only voted no because i was killed with injurys last seasons.

I voted no, but not even needing to be swung to a yes....I'd like to change to a yes after looking over things from last season. There's virtually 0 depth in the league and really no reason to even be concerned with having depth. I say we go for it...

Looks like Billy has been away from the board all day.

Based on that previous post, the count is 8 to 10, with Graywolf and Heinz having no votes but currently pending clarification on the current setting and what the setting would be if a vote went through.

Moosejaw, can you update the OP to allow changing of votes?

Updated it so you can change your vote.

Still waiting on word on simple majority or 2/3 or 60%. Didn't we have a rule on that if it was a major change it had to be 60% or 2/3 majority?

Would this be considered a major change? Doesn't seem too major as I doubt we'll drastically increase the injury frequency

I would think injury settings would be a big deal....but then again, I also would have thought coaches were a big deal

I know my opinion on this would be perceived as bias, which is fair, but I don't think this would be considered a major change.

I try not to comment on these so I don’t sway votes too much and I was asleep when most of this was going on yesterday.

I gotta say, the idea that tons of talent sits in free agency all year is not the case and hasn’t been for a while. It used to be when we had old comp rules. Guys tag players who aren’t really worthy (Hi Dan) but the game logic is so bad they don’t accept and those dudes would be good enough to help teams but not worth giving up a 1st for.

Since we changed comp rules and it’s not so steep to sign guys the free agent classes are pretty awful by April.

Having injuries off is nice but now it's just a set it and forget it set up most of the time. Seems to me adding injuries is going to step up immersion because people need to trade and be more on top of their squad.
