Really quick tldr.. cop had knee on neck of dude for 6 mins while he complained of not being able to breathe. Ended up passing out and dying at the hospital

And it's on video. Dude is going to jail!

I didn't see all that. I just heard the guy say he can't breathe, which is false if you are talking. But the cop definitely ficked up here

There's a difference between fully being unable to breathe and having your breathing restricted enough to kill you.

He can have his breathing restricted, say he can't breathe, and still eventually die of having his breathing restricted even though he was talking during the process.
