Every article ive read always mentioned that the 2 murders said they thought he was involved in some thefts prior to them confronting him. But that turned out to be BS cause no thefts had been reported in that neighborhood in like over 6 weeks.

Normally, I could see your point George, but 1 thing I want to know is this, do they work at the construction site? Do they have any tie to the construction site at all?
I could see if someone comes on my property and is snooping around, etc, sure, I am showing up outside with my gun on my hip asking if they need help with something. I have done this before, but not with the gun drawn unless someone broke into my shed or something like that.

Prior to them attacking him while he was jogging, were their lives in immediate danger? No, is the answer.


From the videos I watched, sure, he trespassed on the property of the house that was under construction, but how did they not know that he works for construction and left something on the job site?
Did they simply ask him?
No, he was jogging, they stopped him with a shotgun drawn and tried to tackle him to the ground.
You can't expect him to not fight back at that point.

What they should have done, if they were so concerned, is followed him, called 911 and waited for the police to get him.

Again, if he was breaking into their house, if he was attacking someone and they wanted to step in, if he pulled a weapon on them, those are all different stories, but none of that happened.
All he did was trespass while jogging.

I said the guys were wrong, multiple times. I don't think they get more than manslaughter charges though when it's all said and done with. I would expect crowes and nick to not be able to comprehend most things written. Hell, I've even posted multiple excerpts or paragraphs that stated as such.

And no has has mentioned that the older guy, a former cop, worked a prosecution case against Arbery a few years ago. They weren't violent crimes, I believe shoplifting and also bringing a gun to school. Can't help but wonder at this point if there was already bad blood between these two.

I'm not saying they should get manslaughter, but that's how our judicial system will work here. With what is out there right now there is no Murder 1 case at all, unless they can prove they were waiting for the next black guy to come in the neighborhood. Murder 2 is likely but they will either plead for manslaughter or a jury of their peers will take that option over murder 2, just how I see it playing out.
