I sorta/kinda/maybe think it was the metrics guys....possibly.Cnasty wrote:Way to play it Seeit safe.shel311 wrote:If I'm not mistaken
I just got done with that. Not a lot of surprises in there really. Post-basketball Kobe could be pretty entertaining in an awkward way. I could see him becoming one of those former stars that can't handle not being in the spotlight and is constantly coming out of the woodwork to remind everybody how great he was.shel311 wrote:Damn, Henry Abbott putting Kobe on Blast:

The Lakers are going to be a wonderful trainwreck to watch this season. They're not shooting 3s because Byron Scott says 3 pointers get you to the playoffs but don't win you championships...despite 8 of the last 9 champions having shot and made more 3s than the other playoff teams in that season lol.
Then you have Kobe already leading the NBA in shot attempts per 36, and shooting 37%.
My W-L record is inflated due to the volume of those and easily winning every single one.Cnasty wrote:Man those Kobe Lebron debates were something of NDL history.

Oh yea, big time. It's just funny to me though. It probably goes along with the arrogance, but I also appreciate how he's brutally honest all the time. Granted there's a distinction, of course.DRiccio21 wrote:Voulgaris is about as arrogant as it gets.
he knows his stuff but he's one of the more disgustingly rude people i've ever followed on twitter.
Yea, that's exactly what I was thinking as I read your post. I know he has all his own systems and what not. He goes to that Sloan MIT conference every year and just tries to pick out those young dudes who like to crunch numbers and he hires them as part of his team to get the data for him.DRiccio21 wrote: i'd love to know his money mgmt and if he makes ANY decisions at all or if he simply follows his algorithms
