Google has this new feature in Gmail that allows you to "pencil a date in" by clicking on any date included in an email and it will schedule it in Calendar. Today's sim email started with this line: Monday, September 23rd, 2024 through Monday, September 30th, 2024. So I pencil'ed them in. Should be interesting to see what my reaction will be like in eleven years.

"What the fuck?"

5%?
Much lower than that just because the odds of any pitcher winning twenty games is lower than 5%.

Now that there are more teams than just me in Ohio, I would like to change my teams name from Ohio to Cleveland. Would this be allowed since my team is already based in Cleveland, or would I be charged a relocation fee?

Relocation is free. You may only move once every 5 seasons. I would apply this to name changes as well. In the case of a name change, I don't think I'd reset loyalty/interest. I could make an argument for it... but not sure. Let me wait for a final answer on that part.
Ok it's not a big deal. I just have this personal thing where I hate when professional teams have the name of the state when there are more than 1 team in that state, such as the Texas Rangers when there is a team in Houston.

I can only imagine your reaction to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. :-)

'mmhmm' is out 2 weeks, just verifying if I put him on 15day he's eligible for playoff roster when that's up, correct? (obviously this assumes I win and am playing in 2 weeks)

Rags has 121 wins before hitting age 30... hes gotta keep this up for a long time to have a shot at 300.

morton oquinn is about to turn 32 and has 156
hays just turned 35 and has 198
Ladd is almost 36 and has 215

sadly I don't see any of the 4 getting there.

Maybe hays if he hangs around long enough. Oquinn and Rags are both injury risks and that will hurt them
Bourassa has 148 at 32. Won't have enough steam to get there but still pretty cool

Just saw that Washington isnt the only playoff team that didnt get an export out in time. Looks like Rivera is at 9% and will be at 29% for game 1. So most likely wont pitch until game 3. So much for Lehman vs. Rivera. I guess Rivera will get a chance for the sweep if things go Washington's way. Otherwise he could be in line for game 1 against Cincinnatti so its not all that bad.

I'm not interested seeing Mr. Rags, feel free to go max games and burn up both of your pitching staffs. I'd like a few extra inning marathons actually.
