Article By: Welcome to season 32 of B1G football!!!! Below is the media predictions for the conference. Such parity in the conference and no one would be surprised if any of these teams completely destroyed this rankings as there is for sure a log jam in the middle of this great conference
1. Oregon - " To be the man, you got to beat the man. WOOOOOOOO!" Coach Shel and 11th year senior Dillon Gabriel are back again to lead the high flying Quack Attack for another season. There is a trip to Columbus on the schedule this year and perhaps a trap game right after against Purdue but the Ducks are king of the mountain until someone knocks them off.
2. THE Ohio State Buckeyes - Could this be the season that the quiet leader of the buckeyes gets over the hump and wins Duck hunt? Time will tell but the schedule is stacked, with road games to NEbraka, Iowa, Michigan among others. Its going to take an amazing season from Seeit but he has the best roster money can buy!
3. Penn State Nittany Lions - Coach Niddler returns with a loaded offense and a stout defense. A trip to Columbus looms huge for the season and a key season opener against Texas A&M should tell us early if the lions are going to roar or purr this season.
4. Iowa - Coach Bigred_1300has some big shoes to fill replacing long time Coach Wildes here. Fresh off a record setting year at Georgia Southern, Coach Red is going to the big time. He isnt just dipping his toe in the water but going full send with an open game versus Texas along with a stout OOC. Trips to Wisconsin and Lincoln loom big late season for the Hawkeyes.
5. USC - Coach Texanole aka Sniper joins the b1g as the new head man of the Trojans. Fresh off a 10-2 run at Kansas St, Texanole hopes to continue the run here. With weapons like Branch at WR, he has a chance. Tough road slate in conference though with trips to Wisky, Nebraska and Penn St will define his season.
6. Michigan - Could this be the year the Maize and Blue put it all together? Confidence seems to be high in Ann Arbor and will find out early with a week 4 match up at USC. QB play will make or break the season.
7. Indiana - A favorable schedule for the Hoosiers this season and Coach Phoney back for season 2 with the team adds up to high expectations. Are they up to the task? Week 8 at Nebraska looms large before Michigan and Ohio St late in the year
8 . Nebraska -Coach MGR is back for another season with his boys. Nebraska seemed to find themselves late in the season last year and look to continue the momentum this year. Week 8 versus Indiana should be a measuring stick as the Huskers are back loaded for conference play.
9. Wisconsin - This feels low for the Badgers but rumors from Madison say that some of the players are unhappy with Coach RB for flirting with other teams in the off season before deciding to return. Tough OOC here and a back load conference tilt await the Badgers
