RB Miles Davis, Brigham Young Cougars
BYU running back Miles Davis was named Offensive Player of the Week after a sensational performance in Week 12. Davis rushed for 143 yards and two touchdowns while also contributing 100 receiving yards and another touchdown, leading his team to a huge win. His all-around performance has been pivotal in helping BYU recover from a slow start to the season, as they now make a push for bowl eligibility. Davis’s explosive playmaking continues to be a driving force for BYU’s momentum.
Defensive Backfield, Brigham Young Cougars
The entire BYU defensive backfield was named Defensive Player of the Week following a dominant performance in their huge Week 12 win. Safeties Alfrey and Harper, along with cornerbacks Robinson, Johnson, and Collins, combined for an impressive six interceptions and three defensive touchdowns. They also contributed 21 total tackles and a fumble recovery, completely shutting down the opposing passing attack.
