#14. UNLV Rebels 0-0............

#13. Wyoming 0-0..........

#12. Oregon State 0-3. The Beavers have only scored 14 points in 3 games and are 4/24 on 3rd down conversions. To say the offense is a struggle is down playing the situations. To give them the benefit of doubt, they have played a tough three games against Oregon, SDSU and Sam Houston.

#11. Utah State 0-1. A home loss to the Georgia State Panthers is disappointing for the Aggies. Coach Buckeye has his work cut out to get to one win with this squad.

#10. San Jose State 1-3. The Spartans have been competitive in their 3 losses but need better qb play as Emmitt Brown has 9 interceptions to 3 touchdowns. The ground attack has been nice as the Spartans are 10th in the NDL in rushing. The defense will have to improve as they are giving up a league leading points and first downs and are 11th in total offense given up.

#9. New Mexico Lobos 1-2. New Mexico had a nice win in week 2 against the Jacksonville State Gamecocks and a close conference loss to the Fresno State Bulldogs. QB Devon Dampier needs to cut down in the interceptions and safety Noah Avinger needs to continue his stout defense play for the Lobos to get over the hump and win some close games.

#8. Hawaii Rainbow Warriors 0-1. the Warriors lost a tough game to independent UMASS with Brayden Schager having a tough outing with 165 yards through the air and 2 picks. As Schager goes, so goes CHEE PONO.

#7 Boise State Broncos 1-1. Jeanty has continued to carry the load but has two uncharacteristic fumbles. The Broncos need better qb play to get to where they want to be in the conference

#6 Air Force Falcolns 1-1. Air Force is sitting at 1-1 with a conference win against San Jose St and a close loss to Jacksonville State. Great QB play behind John Busha has helped the Falcons to their early season success.

#5. San Diego State Aztecs 2-1. Two wins and a tough home loss to Miami have the Aztecs sitting in a good spot with conference play starting in block 3. RB Marquez Cooper is averaging over 6 yards a carry but QB Danny O'Neil needs to improve his decision making with 5 picks already.

#4. Washington State Cougars 2-2. The Cougars dropped two early season heart breaker losses in weeks 1 and 2. They bounced back nicely in weeks 3 and 4 with two bigs wins. One was a rivalry win in the Apple Cup on the road. The Cougars have the offense really clicking with the third best offense in the NDL.

#3. Nevada Wolf Pack 1-0. A dominating win by Nevada has the Wolf Pack excited with Coach Grayson's defense leading the way. If only he could get on the same page with his OC.

#2. Colorado State Rams 2-1. With 2 wins against Pitt and Alabama the Rams have the NDL abuzz. A blowout loss to in state rival has put a damper on the hysteria that surrounded the program after the Alabama win. QB Braden Fowler- Nicolosi is having an excellent season so far with 838 yards and 7 touchdowns through 3 games.

#1. Fresno State Bulldogs- The Bulldogs have started the season on fire with 4 straight close wins. The schedule lines up nicely with Washington State and Colorado State at home. Can Fresno be the MW playoff Cinderella? Time will tell. If QB Mikey Keene can stop throwing interceptions (13) they sky is the limit.
