Offensive Player of the Year: Jalen White RB – Georgia Southern

The assignment was clear when playing Georgia Southern this season. Stop Jalen White at all costs. Even with the worst kept secret in the league being known by everyone, there was nothing that consistently stopped this start RB from rolling up over 2,500 yards on the year.
Jalen proved time and again that he was impossible for SBC opponents to shut down even when they knew it was coming. Load the box and he would pop outside against a LB or Safety to secure 924 receiving yards. Bring in a lighter line up to stop the pass and he would weave his way through traffic for another 1,600 yards rushing.
This one stop shop RB for the Eagles has been compared to Reggie Bush and he did nothing but fuel the fire on those comparisons this season. He’s up for the Doak Walker award this year and would be an easy selection for those that have seen him play this season. The man can do it all no matter the circumstances.

Total Stats:
• 1,600 yards rushing
• 10 rushing touchdowns
• 924 yards receiving
• 5 receiving touchdowns.
• 2524 total yards
• 15 touchdowns
