MWC-PAC12 Random Thoughts and Musings

New Mexico is having a fine season and smoked the Rainbow Warriors to a tune of 49-28. We are still waiting on the big week 11 clash with San Diego St that will have conference and playoff implications. With two conference losses it may be a little too late for the Lobo’s title aspirations.

As for the Aztecs they still have the New Mexico clash and battle with UNLV who is surging at just the right time.

Look out for the Kid Rock Wyoming Cowboyz. They need an 8 second ride week 13 at the Boise Bucking Bronco’s and then get the Washington State Cougs on the road in week 14. If the Aztecs fall, then The Cowboys are riding high.

The Broncos are in the same wagon as the Cowboys, they need to beat the Cowboys and hope for the Aztecs to drop one of their two remaining games to win the conference.

Big shout out to Air Force and Ice on his big win at Nevada.

San Jose Spartans and Coach Vic has a big rivalry game at the Stanford Trees, let’s root on our conference brother in week 14. Keep a look out for this big game.

The dark horse in all this is Blackrain and his UNLV Rebels with 4 conference games remaining. UNLV could spoil a lot of seasons including front runner San Deigo State.

Big shout out to our ranked teams this week making big waves nationally. #17 San Diego, # 25 New Mexico and #26 Wyoming.

Then there is #34 Colorado State, #41 Boise State, who are doing their best Rodney Dangerfield impression right now, getting no respect and wondering how they break into the Top 25.

We also have a few others getting votes…..#49 Fresno State, #55 Hawaii, #57 Air Force, #74 Nevada

Washington State and Oregon State have a big conference clash for all the marbles in Week 13. Keep a look out as it will be an exciting game as the Cougars travel to the Beavers.

Playoff Committee will have their big release tonight…Tune in.

Beefy Cup
San Diego State and Alabama will clash in the semi finals of the Beefy Cup. Tune in as this will be an epic game with two talented coaches.
