Bulls Doubting After Another Cup Shutout

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The No. 3 Ohio State Buckeyes showcased their dominance in a commanding 34-0 victory over Buffalo on Saturday, overwhelming the Bulls with a relentless first-quarter attack that saw them race to a 23-0 lead.
The Buckeyes' offense, which amassed 434 total yards including 244 through the air, established control early and never looked back. Meanwhile, their defense suffocated the Bulls' offense, holding them to a mere 44 total yards and an astounding -16 yards rushing.
Buffalo's struggles were evident in their inability to sustain drives, converting just one of six third-down attempts and managing only five first downs throughout the contest. The Bulls' offense spent just 9:33 on the field, compared to Ohio State's 18:27 time of possession.
"Our defensive line set the tone early," said Ohio State head coach Ryan Day. "When you can hold a team to negative rushing yards, that's special."
The Buckeyes added nine points in the second quarter and sealed the victory with a field goal in the third, improving their perfect record while handing Buffalo their most lopsided defeat of the season.
