Knights Knocked Down a Peg

The Central Florida Knights were knocked down a peg in their game of the week showdown which was hardly a game of the week, as instate rival Gators dominated 35-7.

“We let that game snowball and weren’t mentally tough” said coach RB

“ missed two makeable field goals which would’ve had the game 14 to 13. Then had a great drive before half where i should have tried another FG but instead I called a bad play and threw and INT. From there we spiraled”

Maybe it was the pressure of the top 25 ranging that got to the Knights. This was only the second time Coach RB has ever cracked the top 25 doing it once in season 23 with Hawaii. After his first ever time, cracking the rankings he immediately lost two in a row, which is now in play vs Colorado next week.

Hats off to Florida, they took advantage of the TOs and put the game to bed.
