Bearcats Advance from Group 22

The Cincinnati Bearcats prevailed today vs the Boston College Eagles in a home game shootout. Both teams put up crazy numbers, but the 9 turnovers from BC were their demise as the Bearcats employed a bend don't break and prey for a turnover defensive scheme. The win puts the bearcats at 3-0 in their group and promotes them to the next stage. In the 3 games they played, Cincy was able to outscore their opponents 167-90 and are also undefeated in their regular season as well. They still have a week 3 matchup vs Miami (not that Miami) until their conference schedule ramps up with many well known and feared NDL vets. The bearcats are optimistic they can make some noise this year, but until they face the cream of the crop in their division, the verdict is still out on how far they can truly go this year.
