ULM hosted Coastal Carolina in their third BEEFY CUP game and really did not show up. Coastal Carolina dominated the game and it took until the 2nd half before ULM even crossed midfield. There were 5 interceptions thrown by the QB's for ULM. The running game was pretty nonexistent, except for the one touchdown that they scored. Coastal Carolina played extremely well and could not be stopped. Coach Taruncheel had this to say. "We were definitely not prepared for this game. Our starting QB was 4 for 20. We are definitely not going to win, let alone stay competitive with those type of stats. It is time to hit the practice field and get ready for our season games."
