In a very late move, ULM Warhawks select Coach Taruncheel as their new coach. However, Coach Taruncheel is not new to this program. About 20 seasons ago, Taruncheel was selected as the head coach of ULM. "It was a great time getting into the league and into coaching. Honestly, I knew more about the other football than this college football." History books show that Taruncheel finished at 3-9 that season and was not invited back. The AD has this to say, "Taruncheel was a younger coach without experience back in the day. We, at ULM, are hoping that he has matured and learned more of the game. With him just getting to town, we don't have high expectations for this year. We want our team to be as competitive as possible." Taruncheel replied, "I am going to give it my all. I will sit down with the team, look at our roster, figure out our playbook, and get on the field as quickly as possible." Time will tell what the season will look like for ULM and Coach Taruncheel!
