The schedule has just been released for the Rebels of Ole Miss, And most of the fans are in shock. The Rebels have a freakish start to the season.
Week 1 they will face Vandy a team penciled in as a W, But with Pengy at the helm this might be a bleak shot at a W. I see a close game, But Vandy wins 28-21. Turnovers will be key to this one.
Week 2- vs Oregon - A game that im sure 6 has marked on his calender after last years upset in Eugene. This will be a battle for sure, And this team has proven they can play with them. Gonna give the Ducks the nod though. 24-17
Week 3 - @ Oklahoma - Coach Thabeet has set out to play some new guys this season and tests his waters vs BigMike. This game will be UGLY by halftime. Chalk up a 35'd here. 42-7 is how i see this going.
Week 4 - @ Va Tech. Again another hard road game for the 2nd week in a row. NDL26 runner up, This will be fun to play, But can't guarantee how close this is gonna be. I say Va tech by 21. 42-21.
Week 5 - @Alabama. For the 3rd straight week we go on the road to huge game. This week we have NDL26 Champs. Last years game at home was a embarrassment. Will look to atleast make this a game this time. Bama rolls 35-14.
Week 6 - @Auburn. Dont know anything about this Matt32 aka CaptainSpalding aka ??. Anyway the name sayers say this is a Ole Miss win. we played Auburn close last year but lost this game, New coach same outcome ? Lets hope not. Miss wins 24-21
Week 7 - vs Texas A&M. Another new opponent in sinacla. Again I don't know anything about this guy. I do know that Tex A&M should be favored but we are a push. Doesn't fair well to us. A&M wins 42-17
Week 8 - vs LSU. Only thing I can say is its a home game. Block is a great coach, This should be a fun game as 2 true blue fans face off. I see LSU in this one 35-14.
Week 9 - Bye - Wow finally. I see maybe 2-6 after this. realistically 1-7. But a much needed regroup after that start.
Week 10 - @ND - Has become a decent rivalry here. 1 upset in the bag. But I don't see much here this year. ND looks strong. And Ole Miss still a year away. Nd by 14. 28-14
Week 11 - vs Arkansas - Newcomer Twisthisnutz has come from nowhere to grab this team, very impressive year last season going 12-1. They killed us early in what was a defensive coach nightmare. Hope to atleast make this 1 close this year, as the higher up call this a W for the Rebels, I don't see it. Arkansas by 21. 49 - 28.
Week 12 - Bye - Prolly another great break. I see the Rebels at 2-8 at best.
Week 13 - vs Missouri. Lytze brings his Tigers in for a battle, Should be a close game. I really not sure on this one. Rebels by 7. 35-28
Week 14 - @ Miss St. Outrage and the dogg's come in for rival week. Another game that the Rebels lost last year, And I see it happening again. Dogg's by 14. 35 -21.
Players to watch for
QB - Bo Wallace is gonna be huge part of either a good or bad year.
RB - Jeff Scott - Will need to have a great for success also.
WR - Donte Moncrief will hope to be Wallace's main target.
LB - Mike Marry will be the captain here.
