Purdue Set For The Season

Coach Chusker comes to Purdue after coaching the Florida State Seminoles last season. Coach Chusker led the Seminoles to an 11-3 record and an Orange Bowl victory with two of their losses coming at the hands of undefeated, and National Champion, Virginia Tech. The two losses to the Hokies are rumored to be what caused the coach to be forced out. Chusker looks to bring some life into the Purdue program that went 0-12 last season in the Big 10 Conference. Coach Chusker and the Boilermakers aren't expected to make a lot of noise this season but they are looking to establish some respect in the conference.



The predictions are for the Boilermakers to finish the season 4-8 with a 3-5 conference record. Their first task will be to get ready, during a week 1 bye, for the Notre Dame juggernaut coming to West Lafayette in week 2.
