Pullman, WA - As Season 22 looms closer, Coach Cougnix sits in his office anticipating another season at Washington State. This will be Cougnix's 3rd season at WSU, 2nd consecutive. All of Pullman is interested to see what the season will hold as we move into the first season of the Pac-12 Conference. It will be a challenging season as the Cougars are focused on winning the first North Championship and the first Pac-12 Championship in the history of the NDL. A bowl game is on that list of goals as well, as the Cougars haven't gone bowling since Season 17 and have only done 5 times in the NDL. It will be a tough task with the likes of Stanford, Washington, Oregon, Cal and Oregon State all gunning for the same prizes and add in cross-overs with the South consisting of UCLA, USC, Arizona, Arizona State and the newcomers, Utah and Colorado. It definitely won't be easy, but leaders Jeff Tuel and Marquiss Wilson hope to change the attitude in the Palouse and bring home a winning season.
