Sitting Well After Block 2

The Cowboys started off 1-0 after deafting Kent St. in week 1, and taking a bye week in week 2 and it was now on to block 2. Block 2 showed a challenge as Wyoming would go on the road to take on a tough South Carolia team, who now sits at 4-0, but Wyoming played terribly. "We didnt show up to play" said Coach Green, we got smacked up and down the field" The Cowboys were deafted 32-14, but had another challenge the next week as conference play opened.



It was the home opener in Larimee where Air Force came into town and put up a big fight. Wyoming displayed big time passing, and a solid running game to take down the Falcons in MWC action, 24-17. " It was good to get off to a good start in the conference" said Carta-Samuels, he then added "..We gotta get these wins to help us out, because we know it wont be easy against TCU, Utah, and BYU. It only gets tough from here on out."



The Cowboys will take on ULM and TCU, both team pose good matchups, and the next block will really show where the Cowboys will hang in this season. For Coach Green, its redemption, after a mediocre and terrible season, can he rise and take a mediocre program, to big time success?
