Coach GoBucks finally showed up and signed his contract :D ;). He ll be coaching a very talented NIU team that will contend for a MAC West title. Offensively NIU will probably go with the two headed monster of RB's Chad Spann and Ricky Crider both are great rb's and with the big uglies NIU has, look for the Huskies to utilize the ole ground and pound! Defensively is loaded with 3 great LB's, Alex Kube, Pat Schiller, and Jordan Delegal should stuff the middle and keep the Huskies in most games. This isnt the Buckeyes but Coach Gobucks should enjoy this talented team.
- Eastern Michigan Eagles
Coach WastingU is back in the NDL (congrats) after a short time off. Thats the good news really. The bad news is he'll be Coaching a very depleted EMU squad. About the only bright spot on this team of wanna be's is Sr. Cb Johnny Sears, a very talented coverman but hes really on 1 man. Welcome back to the show Coach WastingU good to see you back.
- Ball State Cardinals
Coach Dr. Webbs is back, fresh out of basic training, he'll bring a strong dose of discipline and hard work to this University and football program. Offensively look for Sr. Rb Miquale Gibson to carry the football alot and Recievers Briggs Orbson and Terieal Gibson to get alot of catches. Coach Webbs will be able to mix things up alot and look for big numbers from this team offensively which will be good cause most likely the Cardinals will have to outscore most opponents to win football games this year cause the defense is going to STRUGGLE!!!
- Central Michigan Chippewas
Central Michigan looks to have just reloaded this season. The Dan Lefevour days are over but QB Ryan Radliff will take over the show at Qb, look for RB Paris Cotton to get alot of carries behind a very explosive oline. CMU also boasts a great recieving corps, this could be one of the better offensive teams in the MAC West. SR Mlb Nick Bellore will lead a loaded up defensive unit. Look for CMU to contend for a MAC Championship this year.
- Toledo Rockets
Coach Niddler (aka Jeffmo] finds himself in the great city of Toledo to lead the Rockets this season which isnt too far from his current city. Like most teams in the West, the Rockets will have to outscore most opponents. Look for the Rockets to pound the ball with RB Morgan Williams due to inexperience at the QB spot, which will lead to alot of pressure for freshman QB Austin Dantin. Defensively, the only bright spot for this unit is Sr LB Archie Donal, look for him to make a play or two to get opposing offenses off the field.
- Western Michigan Broncos
Welcome to the NDL Coach Jganci, your gift, the Western Michigan Bronco's. Gone are the days of Best and Hiller. I look for Coach Jganci to utlize the offensive line as they average close to 315lbs, which should lead to some great holes for RB Aaron Winchesr. Defensively SS Mario Armstrong will be lurking in the middle to disrupt most passing attacks.

This is going to be a great year in the West, most teams are great offensively, only two teams have good defenses (atleast on paper). A good group of coaches should lead to a very competitive MAC West. Heres how I got it......
