Kawhi Leonard missed 1.5 years with a partially torn ACL

Returned and played 21 minutes, and is now not playing Saturday for Injury Management.

Tim Leggler this morning said that the 2021-2022 all stars last season missed a collective 337 games for load management. That's crazy!

I don't think that's correct.

I would assume there was some research before saying that. But think about it, what is the average games played by the super stars per season? Right around 65 - 70 games, if there were 20 all stars and they missed 337 games that averages to right around 17 games per all star.

That would suggest then that all of the All Stars were never injured.

Load management and injuries are 2 different things.

They may have missed 337 games total. I highly doubt they missed 337 games due to load management.

True, I may have just combined the two as they were talking about load management on First Take and legler threw out that number.

Kyrie Irving quote tonight:
“I’m in a unique position to have a level of influence on my community.”
Kyrie literally less than 1 minute later
“I am no different than any other human being… You guys come in here and make up this powerful influence I have.”

So the defense Josh Primo is going with to prove he didn't whip his junk out to the Spurs employee is that his junk is so big it just can't possibly stay in his shorts and not be seen while sitting down?

Bold strategy!

This whole Kyrie thing is the least surprising thing that something would but just amazing that it took him all of 2 weeks to fuck up and is now making it worse every single time he talks to the point where the Nets front office went on record and essentially said they don't trust him any time he speaks to anyone in public.

Kyrie made a joint statement working with the Anti Defamation League yesterday, and the very next time he spoke to the media, he now has the CEO of the ADL calling him out and turned against him
