First off, welcome everyone to the 2010 version of the 24hr dynasty league, '24n12n1'(24hours, 12 conferences w/ 1 coach). All conferences are represented by 1 and only 1 coach.

I will advance each morning at 6:30 am cst time. Sims are likely to happen. Make sure to have the computer assistance on for when you are out of pocket. Also, look at your schedule and take notice of when you have user games coming up. Use the boards/pm/aim to set something up when possible.
**If you know for sure that you can't play a game during a user week, let me know in advance so I can have the other coach play the game against the CPU.


------------Dynasty Setup------------
Non-BCS Conferences:
For your 1st season, a coach will select from all teams.
By playing outside of the BCS you will be given a 3-6 year head start over the BCS user teams.
Use the head start to build your program into a nationally recognized school.

BCS Conferences (& Independents):
For your 1st season, a coach will select from a C+* rated team and below.
*(SEC/ACC only have 1 team that fits this criteria. Therefore a select number of B- teams have been added.)
After 3 seasons at a "C+" rated school, the coach will be able to accept job offers from any B team and below.
After 3 seasons at a "B" rated school, the coach will be able to accept job offers from any A+ team and below.

If you are presented with an opportunity to change conferences (either by a user leaving or an agreement with another user):
You will transfer to an equal school at the stage of your current coaching career in your new conference

From BCS -> Non-BCS
Any school available

From BCS or non-BCS -> BCS
If within the first 3 years, you must select C+ and below.
From years 3-6, you must select from B and below.
From years 6+, you must select from A+ and below.
Note:Once transferred you must coach for a minimum of 3 seasons at your new school before you new job offers can be accepted.
Example:
User 'EA' has been at Bowling Green(non-BCS) for 5 seasons.
The Big10 Conference is open and 'EA' is willing to transfer.
EA selects B rated Purdue.
EA will now coach Purdue for a minimum of 3 seasons before new job offers can be accepted.

New coaching assignments will be made at the start of the next season.
Conference openings will 1st be made available to current dynasty members with at least 1 full season complete.
If there is a lack of interest with current dynasty members, the conference opening will be given to a new user.

Game rules vs USER:
1. NDL rules apply
Game Rules vs CPU:
1. 70 points is the max that can be scored by your team
1a. The only way you can go over 70 points is if the other team is within 3 scores.
1b. If you go over 70 points the max score differential shall be a max of 21 points.
2. When I advance I will look at each teams report. If you score more than 70(excluding 1a/1b) I will throw your game score out. I will then sim the game. You are now subject to computer simulated injuries and a potential loss.
3. If I have to throw your game out twice, you will be removed from the league.
4. This is a hard and fast rule. Don't take any chances. If you play your game and the computer scores off an INT or FG and breaks the 70 point cap, I will still throw your game out.
5. Consider this your warning. You have two more chances before you are removed.
