Since George is the latest victim, after I fell victim, figured I would make this it's own thread.
If you are going to upgrade to Windows 10 and you have OOTP installed and activated on this machine, you need to deactivate your OOTP License BEFORE you do the upgrade.
If not, it will ask you to re-enter your OOTP license after the upgrade.
If you have already activated your license 2 times or shared it with someone, this will cause a problem as you will have no activations left.
The only steps at this point would be to open a ticket to the OOTP forums and ask them to reset your OOTP licensce.
Mention it was due to the Windows 10 upgrade.
They know this is a known issue with their product.

Not sure how I got around it, but when I upgraded to 10, it didn't mess anything up for me. Guess I got lucky.
