Wind was definitely a factor for me, had a hard time on approaches to set up makeable birdie putts. Despite that, I didnt have any bogies until 17 when I caught a bunker lip twice, leading to a double bogie on the hole

i took two max shots I think that round. just refused to change clubs and hit it in the water like 5 times in a row

I was cruising along at -5 until I got to #14. I hit a perfect drive with a draw and carry the stream and the ball bounces straight right and rolls into the stream. Bad luck. So I take a drop and hit what I think is a perfect shot on the right side of the green. It bounces straight right and rolls off the side of the green into the water again. I end up taking a double bogey on the hole and go to -3. From there on out I kept getting horrible bounces and manage to fight my way in and finish -3.

Great front 9 at - 2.

Get to 11 and ball takes a terrible bounce into the creek. Settle for a fdouble bogey.

Add another bogey after a bird and finish right where I began at E.

Like the look of this leader boards though.

I finished at -2 or -3, can't remember. Took a bogey on one of the holes when my tee shot hit the tree in front of the tee box (was so worried about the wind that I didn't pay attention), my 2nd shot hit another tree, and I ended up taking bogey.

I missed 4 or 5 putts within a few inches for birdies, frustrating. But I'm hoping those putts fall the 2nd round, because this leaderboard is tight.

Funny cause I thought I found a shortcut on hole 3 or 4 and ended up with a double. Took a double on the back after I got into the trees. Oh well, double is more my style real life anyhow...
