Atlantic City
Anyone been recently, since the storm or live in the area that knows what it is like right now? My golf trip to Pinehurst is getting pushed back from May to Sept so I'm thinking about heading to Atlantic City for a week in early-mid June.

i haven't been since the storm, but I can't think of a place i'd want to go less.
do you have to pick AC? is it to save a few bucks? if its not to save money and just to check out a new place, i'd advise to try a different new spot.
if you've been already and like it, then ignore me. some people enjoy AC, I think its horrible. if its to gamble, spend the extra few bucks and just go to vegas or even try Foxwoods/Mohegan.

Re: Atlantic City
There are some friends and family that already have a trip planned and my wife and I would just be joining them while they are there. I'll have some time to kill just because my golf trip is moving. My wife likes the sun/beach, I like gambling, so it seems like a simple fit. Funnel cakes and cotton candy are a bonus.

AC is awful. Ghetto with a capital G.
Well, it was when I was there 14 years ago.
