Leapfrog?

Anyone have it, thinking of getting it for the 2 year old daughter, my 4 year old nephew has it, and she played with it for the last 2 days, I was looking at the LeapFrog Pad2 or whatever, not sure if anyone has both or has either, but what one do you think is better? I know the pad is about 40 bucks more. She LOVES the ipad, so I think this would be something good for her.
