Asdrubul
Verlander
Bruce

I lost Oswalt to injury got a top 3 pitcher in fantasy Asdrubul #'s are identical to the other 2 but has better avg and more SB. I needed a OF with some pop. Rip Away. Thanks

I consider myself one of the biggest baseball fans in the NDL but I have no clue who "Tut" is, Im sorry.

I dont really like who you got as you gave up some proven commodities in Cano and Valverde (and whoever Tut is )

I think Verlander is a freakin stud but he cant keep this pace...can he??

Bruce is a wild card as he can be one of the best hitters in baseball but also go into 0-20 16 K type slides. And Asdrubal may be that career year guy but a good year to grab him.

Until I know who Tut is, I dont like the trade to much. Sorry Doc

I like the deal even less now, Im sorry.

My preference in trades and drafting is always try to build your team around guys that you can pencil in for .290-310, 20-30HR, 90-120 RBI and then draft guys on the verge of career years or contract years.

In this case you gave up 3 pretty awesome proven commodities for 3 that are having career years and possibly break out performances.

I air on the side of past performances and comfort vs the risk but thats just my philosophy.

I think you made a good deal. Bruce is hard to quantify but if you're in a HR league not a TB one then he's a huge acquisition and at least you know what you're going to get.

Verlander will pace your staff, although Valverde is on such a great hitting team that he should have a ton of save opps even though he's wild as fuck at times.

Cano is solid, on my team the last two years, but he won't run for you and Cabrera will do that plus he's been the AL MVP so far this season even with what Gonzalez has done

I agree Corey I didnt get the best of the deal and my league feels the same as you but that trade was for need I needed a top arm, HR RBI and Caberea gives me SB and better avg Tulo and cano dont give me.

generally i don't trade my top picks unless i'm really desperate, but you have to give a lot to get someone like Zoolander

Just real tough to give up proven studs like that for category points.
