Deadline Games for Tomm

Post by I_S33M_THAB33T_U »

If u have or havent noticed that your 1st 8 gmaes, are due by Midnight tomm or else they get simmed out. Just how this league thing does, Based on the 2 total games played that everyone is NOT as interested as they thought or we need to adjust the length of total season, I figured 2 months was a decent amount of time to play 40 gmz,

Any thoughts anyone ?

Well the deadline cant be pushed back, The league is ran that way online, I have no control over that. Looks like the intrest is there just a bad time to start. We still have only had 2 total games played. I have been around all day yesterday n today, N have heard once from anyone. But we will see what the weekend brings, Might just have to switch it to LD or something, where it moves at a slower pace for everyone, Or restart it and make it a longer season in days, Maybe the deadline changes then

I don't think it locks the games, I think it just paces the league. Do you have to initiate sims?

No, Once its 11:59 pm on the deadline day the system sims the games. I have no control, unless i do the sims prior to the deadline.

So what are we doing here. I honestly think the online of this game is horrendous. I swing when the ball is behind me and it says I'm early and the hitter looks like a tard. I swing what looks like on time, but tells me I'm way late. I am going to play this out, but judging from the attempts to get games in, this is destined to disappear. So I am asking what are we doing? If folding I'm trading it in for Socom 4.

How is the game? I have $60 in reward point gift certificates to Best Buy that I need to use by end of April. Saw that it is 3D compatible. Is it worth a buy?

The beta has been nice since the start. I will also be gettin S4. But I always play MLB. Fav gm, Unlike most games online, MLB servers are your own connection, So if u do have any lag, it is on your own end. U can do what u gotta do if U have to trade it in to get S4 then go ahead. I cant control what others do.

As to date

User games played

Still i have played 3
Pirates 2
n then a couple with 1 game, NOt gonna cut it, when 5 gmz a week need to be played.

I love it! But Im a baseball fan too, get it every year.

Offline play is great... from the graphics, presentation, to all the options they give you to running a franchise. Alot of guys like the "Road to the Show"...I prefer the franchise mode. You can DL the updated rosters and sliders to make the gameplay that much more realistic.

Online this season is MUCH better IMO. Granted, you still have lag from time to time, but nothing like in years past. I've played roughly 25 games online, with only a couple that I can remember having lag issues.

As far as this league goes...I'll be around all day today up till around 5 est to play.

Here is my issue. I don't want to quit the league. I think that is a shitty thing to do to you guys, but I honestly have been contacted by Doc and that has been it to try and get a game in. When sammy and I were going to try and get one in, the games weren't unlocked. With me coaching my own baseball team, 2 of my sons on teams and everyone it seems is east coast, nobody is available. I will be available late on Wednesday if anyone wants to get in games.
