I feel like anything under a B+ (so B and under) puts most teams on a level playing field

Re: NDL:L - Team Ratings
Weasel beat me to voting in my own poll... doh.
Anyway, I voted B and under. I found that 24 or 32 teams fits nicely with the optimal range being B to C+ with quite a few teams to choose from. Everyone would be a on pretty level playing field.

Re: NDL:L - Team Ratings
I'm open to any and all teams, but wouldn't mind playing with teams lower then B. I think a lot of it may have to do with the number of teams in the league. I feel it may give guys a chance to play with some A teams that can't seem to get that opportunity in the NDL. Some guys might be getting tired of playing with C teams.

Good point... creative draft idea...
... submit a list to me (or another commish type) and we go with a draft order in worst - best career NDL winning %.
I'm all for having some fun with this.

Re: NDL:L - Team Ratings
Well, it's proven that lower rated teams can beat A teams anyway....I think your run with Michigan St is an obvious example. I've always liked the underdog role though, so I don't mind going into a game with a lower rated team.
But I like the idea of doing the draft off of winning percentage or something along those lines. Or could even just divide the league in half by winning percentage and then do a lottery draft with the bottom half (and same with the top half), to put some sort of randomness in it. Not sure that made sense, hard to explain what i'm thinking.

I co-run 2 fantasy sports leagues that have full General Manager type roles (salary cap, contracts, draft lottery) so I get exactly what you're saying.

I like the idea of B and Under, simply from the talent perspective. Levels out the competition a bit, makes you focus more on key pieces as opposed to a wealth of depth. Could be good for a tight group like this.
As for the draft order, I like the "Worst - Best Winning %".

Re: NDL:L - Team Ratings
I am game for whatever really. Just want to play games...I would say it might be cool to roll with a B and lower league but really doesn't matter to me. I am also cool with however the draft works out, shoot just throw all the names in a hat and spit out a draft like that...I really don't care...

Yet another league where I don't get Virginia Tech
Re: NDL:L - Team Ratings
I really don't care either. reverse % or use random.com or whatever. As far as ratings, I like the B and under.
