Is this an Automated Clearing House account?
That is what George is asking. I, along with him, have no idea what ACH stands for.

CB doing internal investigation on insider trading and also will be reviewed by SEC after their initial investigation.sixpackdan101 wrote:Why did I not buy bitcoin cash before it hit coinbase?
Will be interesting to see how this one plays out.
From the CB CEO:
"Given the price increase in the hours leading up the announcement, we will be conducting an investigation into this matter. If we find evidence of any employee or contractor violating our policies — directly or indirectly — I will not hesitate to terminate the employee immediately and take appropriate legal action."

Re: Bitcoin/Litecoin/Ethereum
Bad day for Bitcoin...and Litecoin...and Ethereum. The instability of Coinbase is a huge problem. Whenever there is a sell-off, the system slows down to a crawl and you're generally unable to buy or sell...a delay of a few minutes can lose you hundreds or thousands of dollars.

That is why with anything, you have to ride it out.
I just keep remembering what shel posted, $1 in bitcoin 7 years ago is worth like $72 Million today.
As Corey stated, don't invest more than you are comfortable losing.
Let it ride!

Re: Bitcoin/Litecoin/Ethereum
Easier said than done. I bought one bitcoin at $3500 and watched the price swell to $20k. When it starts crashing you no longer care about your initial investment but the thousands of dollars in value you’ve gained that is being lost by the minute. It’s like going to Vegas and winning thousands but continuing to ride it out until all of your money is gone because you were willing to lose that initial investment.The_Niddler wrote:That is why with anything, you have to ride it out.
